Charlene Hudson, DO

Our founder, Charlene Hudson, DO, has more than 16 years of experience as a practitioner of osteopathic medicine, and has been serving the community of the greater Virginia Beach region since 2014. Along the way, she has acquired the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective alternative medical treatments that routinely enhance her clients’ health and fitness. Dr. Hudson treats adults as well as children and enjoys supporting the whole family. Remaining rooted deeply in her love of science, Dr. Hudson also has a gift for seeing the ways science can be used for healing that are more subtle and forefront.

She thrives sharing her accumulated knowledge and assisting patients in their return process to that inner balance of health. Gifted at working with adults, she also embraces the playful and spirited nature of children. Her love for supporting all ages in their health journey provides constant motivation to her. She prefers to offer powerful life changing healing modalities so she remains an avid learner of new and old techniques alike that have strong patient outcomes.

Dr. Hudson graduated magna cum laude from UC San Diego with a B.S. in Biology. She received her doctorate from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. Since graduating, she has taken numerous post-graduate courses in traditional hands-on osteopathy in the United States and Europe. 

Dr. Hudson is a proud member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
